Dave Oriedi | Advisory & Strategy Personnel

Dave supports our Contracts & Outsourcing Advisory. In his role, Dave works closely with engineering and design professionals, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations leaders to turn strategic vision into reality. Dave is also responsible for developing advisory’s priorities, growth areas, and capabilities to best serve our clients. Dave takes advantage of next generation business models, emerging technologies, and industry experience to optimize operation base engagement and drive results that matter.

Amanda Musimire | Partner, Advisory, FS Risk, Compliance

Amanda specializes in advising clients on all aspects of the M&A transaction lifecycle from deal strategy to diligence to post-close value creation, regulatory compliance, collateral warranties, performance guarantees and bonds, third-party rights, and parent-company guarantees. She has financial advisory experience across the enterprise, compliance, operational, and third-party risk. She has provided legal advisory services on a broad range of commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, land, technology, and labor law. Education:

Wame Pearson | Partner I Accounting, Forensic & Litigation Support

With more than 15 years of experience, Wame specializes in forensic accounting and litigation support matters. He has experience in conducting highly confidential internal investigations and has assisted contractors and owners on a wide-variety of matters, including presenting findings/observations to court and arbitral institutions. His experiences also include preparing disclosure statements, incurred cost submissions or losses and expenses, and auditing and consulting services for small to mid-sized firms.

Wame also has a deep background in representing clients active in the oil and gas and mining industries on a variety of matters from the buy and sell side M&A transactions, leasing and acquisition of rights through the production, processing, transportation and sale of oil, gas and minerals to negotiating, drafting, taxation interpreting and enforcing oil and gas and mining leases, contracts and other related agreements.

Mr. Pearson’s prior legal experience also includes Lead Consultant on Taxation of the Digital Economy in Malawi, a well-known World Bank Funded Project, and Big 4 – Ernest and Young – Malawi as a Consultant.
